How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available online or can be purchased on site at the Box Office.
How can I get to the venue?

For public transport, the most direct SEPTA option is the Loop Bus [check availability based on show].
Otherwise, the closest SEPTA stops are:
- 52nd St (T1 Trolley)

How do I enter the venue? What is the process?
The main entrance is off of Crawford Circle. Here you will start to encounter the security process, checking your belongings before you proceed to the main gate to check your tickets. At that point you will enter the plaza area where there are concessions and bathrooms. The amphitheater is to your left as you pass through the gate.
Is there a bag policy? What can I bring to the venue?
The Highmark Mann does have a bag policy and allows/prohibits certain items [water, blankets, chairs] – please read their FAQ for the most up-to-date restrictions.
Is the venue standing only? Are there ADA accommodations?
There are different ticketing tiers for shows at TD Pavilion:
The Pit may be GA or seated, depending on the show, and your ticket should indicate this.
There are seated tickets under the covered amphitheater, the tiered floors, and some seats that are outside the covered roof of the venue.
Lawn tickets are GA, first-come, first-serve. Personal lawn chairs are typically not permitted for general shows, though some may be available to rent – you can read more about the policy here.

Is there a bag/coat check?
No.
Is there an ATM?
No. This is a cashless venue and there are machines that can convert cash to card.
Is there a bar?
Yes, there are bars/alcohol stands in the Plaza and surrounding the amphitheater and lawn.
Is there food or a restaurant on premises? If not, where can I eat?

Is there a water station/fountain?
There are water fountains by the bathrooms, and you are able to bring one 20-oz. plastic, factory-sealed bottle of water per person or an empty refillable water bottle. Keep up to date with that policy here.
Where are the bathrooms?
There are multiple bathrooms in the Plaza and near the venue stage.
In the food/drink Plaza, there are bathrooms to the left and right.
There are also bathrooms to the right of the stage/amphitheater.
Where can I buy merch?
Merch stands are typically set up in the Plaza where you enter the venue.
The Mann is a great venue to visit if you love open air concerts and a relaxed amphitheater setting, particularly for fans of classical, rock, pop, R&B, and jazz music.
Make sure you are prepared for the weather (sunscreen, ponchos, etc), especially if you have lawn tickets!
