Bonk’s Bar an “old school Port Richmond corner crab bar”, and features a small capacity venue in the back behind the restaurant. It is known for its metal and hardcore gigs, but will put on a variety of concerts and shows, including wrestling events.

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets sold at door (cash/Venmo) or via Instagram bio prior to show.
How can I get to the venue?
There is limited street parking around the building, so we would recommend using rideshare or public transport.

How do I enter the venue? What is the process?
The restaurant/bar is immediately on the corner and the venue is directly past it on E Tioga St in the former Boss Murphy’s Pub (brick building with garage door). Usually someone will accept payment to tickets at the door here. In the summer, the garage door will often be open to increase air flow.
Is there a bag policy? What can I bring to the venue?
There is no set bag policy.
Is the venue standing only? Are there ADA accommodations?
The venue is standing only. At this time, we do not have any information regarding ADA/accommodations.

Is there a bar?
Two bars, one in the restaurant that offers a variety of drafts, cocktails, and bottled beers and the other in the venue which is a slightly more limited offering (bottled/can selections + basic cocktails). Both accept cash/card.
Is there food or a restaurant on premises? If not, where can I eat?

Is there a water station/fountain?
Water can be requested from the bar (or bring you own water).
Where are the bathrooms?
Two sets of gendered bathrooms, one in the venue and the other in the bar (both accessible during the show).
Where can I buy merch?
Typically outside the venue assuming weather.
Bonk’s is well known as an aftershow destination for larger venues like The Church or Underground Arts (#bonkstilclose). Sometimes you might get lucky and catch a secret show from a bigger band that you wouldn’t expect.
Very small venue, but if you arrive early you can usually get a spot of the wall opposite of the entrance. Usually offers the best sight lines with close access to the bar,
