How do I enter the venue? What is the process?

There are three venues on the Fillmore campus: The Fillmore, The Foundry, and Brooklyn Bowl.

When approaching the Fillmore campus, you will see security checkpoints outside of the venue.

For shows inside the Fillmore, the queue typically starts to the left of venue, while The Foundry queue starts toward the right, and Brooklyn Bowl is on the further building to the right of the marquee. If you are unsure, please as a staff member.

After ID checks outside, you will enter the venue foyer and proceed through bag checks/security.

You will enter the bottom floor of the venue. To your right will be a large staircase that brings you up to the venue room, with a bar at the back of the room and the stage toward the front. The bar exists on a raised platform, and if you walk to the left you will find the VIP entrance/attendant and merch tables.

The bar is on a raised platform area with a few steps leading down to the main GA standing area in front of the stage.

BB does have a bag policy and prohibits certain items – please read their FAQ for the most up-to-date restrictions.

Is the venue standing only? Are there ADA accommodations?

The main floor of the venue is standing only. For those with VIP upgrades, the bowling lanes to the left of the stage have booths for seating. There are a few stairs that go down to the main GA standing area, and also ramp access.

The venue lists their ADA/Accessibility information on their website.

Is there food or a restaurant on premises? If not, where can I eat?

You can order food at the back bar during concert events. There’s typically a spot near the staircase where you can order food. VIP area has food service. If you come early and utilize the downstairs version of Brooklyn Bowl, you can also dine there.
