How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online or in the box office when the restaurant inside is open.
The box office is located on the lower floor of the building down a set of stairs and directly outside of the main stage.
How can I get to the venue?
There are paid lots and very limited meter parking in walking distance to the venue. Consider taking Septa.
The closes SEPTA stops are:
- 11th St Station (L)
- City Hall Station (B)
- Jefferson Station (Regional Rail)
- Various bus routes (17, 33, 44, 47M, 48, 61, 62, 78)
How do I enter the venue? What is the process?
The entrance to the venue is located on the corner of 10th and Filbert.
The main stage is down a spiral staircase to the left of the hostess stand as you enter. At the bottom of the staircase is the box office where someone will check your tickets and escort you into the venue.
The second venue, The Loft, is to the right of the hostess stand as you enter and through the restaurant. There are signs for The Loft after you pass the restaurant section.
Is there a bag policy? What can I bring to the venue?
Large bags are not allowed.
Is the venue standing only? Are there ADA accommodations?
Most City Winery shows are seated and you will purchase specific seats when you buy your tickets. City winery sells specific accessible seating which are marked with a wheelchair symbol when you purchase your tickets. There is an elevator to the main stage and ramps that lead to certain areas.

No, but there are ATMS located in the connected mall, The Fashion District

Yes, each venue has a bar that can view the stage. For seated shows there is full table service and an extensive drink menu.
Is there food or a restaurant on premises? If not, where can I eat?
City Winery is a full service restaurant. Seated shows have a full menu and table service. Please note that some shows may have drink/food minimums.
Is there a water station/fountain?
Most shows at City Winery are seated and have full table service.
Where are the bathrooms?
To the right of the main stage there are double doors that lead back to the box office area. To the right of the box office and down a hallway there are gendered bathrooms.
There are additional gendered bathrooms that are located on the first floor accessible through the restaurant are or a door to the left of The Loft stage.
Where can I buy merch?
Merch tables are set up directly outside of the venue in a hallway next to the box office of the main stage. The Loft has an adjacent room in the back of venue where merch is sold.
City Winery is fully mapped in Google Street View in which you can get a full tour of the inside of the building.
Be sure to check if your tickets require a food or drink minimum.
