You may also purchase tickets for all Franklin Music Hall shows with no service fees directly from the box office (421 N 7th Street) on Fridays 12pm-6pm. On show days the box office will open 2 hours before the scheduled door time. Box office closure varies depending on the timing of each show.

The box office accepts most forms of payment, including American Express, most major credit cards and cash.

How can I get to the venue?

There are independently operated paid parking lots adjacent to Franklin Music Hall and paid metered and free street parking within walking distance. Further driving instructions.

How do I enter the venue? What is the process?

The entrance to FMH is on 7th street. The gate to the parking lot should be open, and you can queue with security or head to the external box office to pick up tickets. In some cases with long queues, the queue will run down 7th street.

Security will check IDs (shows will display any age restrictions on tickets), and you will proceed into the venue to have your bags checked and tickets scanned. If you have VIP or Meet and Greet tickets, special entry instructions will be sent via email.

Once you’ve entered past security, you’ll be in the main lobby, where there will be a snack stand, merch table, and coat check. There will also be a staircase that goes to the second floor balcony (21+). The balcony on the right side of the venue is general admission. Some events may have a preferred balcony section with some seating.

The main room will be straight ahead. The main floor bar is to the right, as well as the bathrooms on the back wall.

Is there a bag policy? What can I bring to the venue?

Small bags are allowed and will be searched by event staff before entering the venue. Oversized bags (bags larger than 14″x 14” including all backpacks, briefcases, luggage or duffle bags) are not permitted and cannot be held by the venue.

Photography and videography policies can vary by artist and performance. Unless otherwise specified by the artist or venue, personal photography with smartphones are generally permitted. However, professional photography equipment such as SLR cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, and professional video recording devices are typically not allowed without prior permission from the venue and band.

Is the venue standing only? Are there ADA accommodations?

Unless specifically stated, all shows are general admission, standing room events.

The entrance adjacent to the box office is accessible. There is an ADA viewing area is on the main floor, and the bathrooms on the main floor are accessible.

The second floor balcony is only accessible by stairs. There are limited barstools in the general admission balcony area, and the preferred balcony ticket types may include additional seating.

Is there a bag/coat check?

There is a seasonal coat check in the main lobby on the left – cash only.

Is there an ATM?

There is an ATM in the main lobby.

Is there a bar?

There are multiple bars – one on the main floor, to the right, and one on the second floor balcony.

Please note that many shows will require you to stay in the 21+/bar area while drinking.

Is there food or a restaurant on premises? If not, where can I eat?

They have small bites available along with N/A beverages for sale in the lobby area between merch and coat check.

Is there a water station/fountain?

Water can be purchased from the main lobby snack station or requested from the bars.

Where are the bathrooms?

Gendered bathrooms are to the back of the main venue area on the right hand side. There are additional gendered bathrooms located in the 21+ balcony area directly above the first floor bathrooms.

Where can I buy merch?

Merch tables are set up in the main lobby.
