Freedom Mortgage Pavilion is a large capacity outdoor amphitheater in Camden, New Jersey. Featuring both covered and uncovered area ticket levels, this venue is a popular seasonal venue for many large touring groups and festivals.
FAQs
How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available online or can be purchased on site at the Box Office. During the summer season, the box office is open on Fridays from 10am to 3pm. On show days, the Box Office opens 60 minutes prior to door time.
How can I get to the venue?
The venue is in between Delaware Ave and Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd., and just across the Walt Whitman / Ben Franklin bridge from Philadelphia.
Parking is available at lots surrounding the waterfront, prices vary. If you want easier entry and exit, go for Premier Parking or VIP Parking.
Drop off points: Wiggins Circle (end of Martin Luther King Boulevard) and the corner of Clinton and 3rd Street. Both drop-off points are a short half-block walk to the venue.
Taxis are usually available at the Walter Rand Transportation Center.
Skip the stress of traffic and parking! Take a short 15-minute, scenic trip on the RiverLink Ferry from Philadelphia to Camden, New Jersey. Begins approximately 2 hours prior to the event for evening concerts.
How do I enter the venue? What is the process?
Gates usually open 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your ticket confirmation for exact door time.
To enter the venue you will need to go through metal detectors, inspection, and a bag check if you’ve got one.
Is there a bag policy? What can I bring to the venue?
Small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 6”x 9” OR clear plastic bags NO BIGGER than 12″x12″x6” are allowed inside.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle. – please read their FAQ for the most up-to-date restrictions.
Is the venue standing only? Are there ADA accommodations?
The venue has both standing and seated ticket types. If you have a lawn ticket, you can rent lawn chairs.
You can buy accessible tickets online. To find tickets in the Accessible Seating Area of Freedom Mortgage Pavilion, select the Filters icon on the upper right of the ticket page where you see available tickets.
Surrounding lots around the venue have accessible parking spaces, offered on a first come, first serve basis.
All restrooms are accessible. All concessions in our lobbies and plazas are accessible for point of sales. Concession stands in the north and south plazas are accessible. If you need assistance, please ask a staff member. There is a guest services stand at the main gates at the west entrance.

Is there a bag/coat check?
No.
Is there an ATM?
No, this is a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free).

Is there food or a restaurant on premises? If not, where can I eat?

Is there a water station/fountain?
You are permitted to bring one (1) factory sealed water bottle, just make sure it’s up to one gallon in size.
This is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations.
Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are good to come in, but camelbacks are not permitted.
Water fountains are located outside of each public restroom. Water bottle refilling stations are also located in both Walt Whitman Plaza and Ben Franklin Plaza.
Where are the bathrooms?

Where can I buy merch?
Merch is at Concert Gear booths in the Walt Whitman & Ben Franklin lobbies & plazas. For some events, you’ll find booths available before the show outside of the Walt Whitman entrance.
Freedom Mortgage is a rain-or-shine venue that packs some of the biggest shows throughout the summer, and is a great place to check out at varying price levels.
