How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets for MilkBoy shows can be purchased through the event booker’s website or found on Milkboy’s website.

Tickets are also often available at the door.

How can I get to the venue?

Parking will be limited in Center City, though you may find metered street parking or a nearby lot. 

The closest SEPTA stops are:

1. 11th Street (MFL Subway/Metro)
2. City Hall (BSL Subway/Metro)
3. Various bus stops (9, 12, 17, 21, 44, 45, 45M)
4. 13th St Trolley Station (T2, T3, T4, T5 Trolleys)

How do I enter the venue? What is the process?

To get to the venue, you should use the Chestnut St entrance, where security will check your ID, and you will ascend a flight of stairs to the second floor. If the entrance at Chestnut street is closed, use the entrance on 11th st

To enter the venue room, you will show your ticket, or you can purchase tickets if still available.

Is there a bag policy? What can I bring to the venue?

There is no set bag policy at MilkBoy.

Is the venue standing only? Are there ADA accommodations?

This venue is predominantly standing only, and requires ascending a set of stairs to enter the venue.

There is no elevator access to the 2nd floor. Chairs are available upon request.

Is there a bag/coat check?

There are a few coat rungs along the wall opposite of the bar in the venue room.

Is there an ATM?

No.

Is there a bar?

The venue room has its own bar, and there is a bar on the first floor as part of the main restaurant.

Is there food or a restaurant on premises? If not, where can I eat?

Food is served downstairs in the main restaurant/bar.

Is there a water station/fountain?

There are no set water stands but water can be requested at the bar.

Where are the bathrooms?

There are gender neutral bathrooms at the back of the venue.

Where can I buy merch?

Bands often set up merch to the right of the bar.
