How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available online or can be purchased on site at the Box Office.
How can I get to the venue?
There is limited metered street parking near the venue. There are also [paid] commercial lots on 5th and Bainbridge St.

How do I enter the venue? What is the process?
You will encounter security outside of the venue, who will check IDs/tickets and perform a bag search before entering the venue.
Once inside the foyer, you’ll be in front of the main merch area, and the bathroom will be to the left and right.
You can enter the main venue room from either side of the merch area.
Is there a bag policy? What can I bring to the venue?

Is the venue standing only? Are there ADA accommodations?
The main floor of the TLA is typically general admission standing.
Some shows may have upgrades or VIP access, and sometime those areas are located on the second floor balcony of the venue, either standing or seated.

There is a small stand in the lobby that sells snacks like chips and popcorn.

Merch stands are typically set up in the lobby where you enter the venue.
