How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available online or can be purchased on site at the Box Office on show days and opens 3 hours prior to an event. The Xfinity Mobile Arena Box Office is located on the North side of the building, next to the VIP Entrance. Accessible seating can be purchased online. How can I get to the venue?

How do I enter the venue? What is the process?
Due to the size of the Arena, we recommend checking out this Interactive Map to understanding parking lots, entrances, and general venue layout to find your seating section. If you have any specific entrance instructions, they will typically be included with your ticket email.
In most cases, you will use the Broad St entrance, where security checks will occur outside before entering the building.

Is there a bag policy? What can I bring to the venue?
Xfinity does have a set bag policy and item restrictions on their website. If there are any event specific restrictions, they’ll be sent via email.
Is the venue standing only? Are there ADA accommodations?
This is primarily a seated venue, though some shows will have GA standing available on the floor. Please refer to the sections provided when purchasing tickets.
The venue does provide ADA accommodations.
Public elevators are located in the VIP Lobby on the Broad Street side of the Xfinity Mobile Arena and on the 11th Street side of the building near Sections 109 and 110. These elevators make all levels of the Xfinity Mobile Arena accessible.
Accessible seating is located on every level of Xfinity Mobile Arena (Lower Level and Mezzanine as well as the Club Level and Suites).
All restrooms on all levels of the Xfinity Mobile Arena are accessible. A private, unisex restroom is located on the Broad Street side of the building behind the Guest Services Desk.
Is there a bag/coat check?
Lockers are available for prohibited bags on the 11th Street side of the venue. Lockers are priced based on bag size, ranging from $5 to $15, payable by credit cards only.
Is there an ATM?
This is a cashless venue and there are machines to convert cash to card if needed.
Is there a bar?
There are multiple places to purchase alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks throughout the arena. Please refer to the Interactive Map.
Is there food or a restaurant on premises? If not, where can I eat?

Is there a water station/fountain?
You are allowed an empty refillable plastic water bottle and there are fountains near some of the bathrooms for refills.
Where are the bathrooms?
There are multiple gendered bathrooms throughout the arena. Please refer to the Interactive Map.

Where can I buy merch?
Merch stands are typically on the floor where you enter. Special events may have merch outside – please refer to event emails.
Xfinity Mobile Arena, formerly known as Wells Fargo Center, Wachovia Center, First Union Center, and CoreStates Center, has become a reliable indoor venue for grand-sized performances for some of your favorite artists.
